Financial consultants from Fidelity Investments were not utilizing newly implemented enterprise lead generation software. The FC's would not take time to learn this extremely complex application. A web-based training solution was provided that led the FC's through mastery of the key components needed to make the implementation successful.
Private Bankers from the Citibank PBG were having difficulties using a new client management system. An web-based training solution was provided that covered key concepts and provided practice using the system. This project posed the unique challenge of recreating a fully functional mock-up of a Windows application in a multi-browser, native web environment. 
Conversion of the existing 1,500 page print based reference manual into e-reference. Created a searchable shell that advanced through topics via scripting, bookmarked topics and contained embedded training.
